Community MESSIAH SING-ALONG

The annual Community Messiah Sing-Along will be held at the First Congregational Church of Canandaigua on Sunday, December 7. This year the concert features Music Director Kristy Ingersoll and organist Daniel Chang. A tradition for nearly 50 years, the Messiah Sing is held in the 213-year-old sanctuary beautifully decorated for the holidays. Everyone is welcome to this community event, which features soloists, musicians, and a full choir performing Handl’s Messiah, concluding with the magnificent Hallelujah Chorus. Scores are provided, and for those who wish to rehearse, rehearsal begins at 1 pm. Refreshments will be served between the rehearsal and the performance.
